How many days do you need in Germany?+
Ten to fourteen days covers Berlin, Munich, and one regional loop without rushing. Seven days works for Berlin and Munich only, or Munich and the Bavarian Alps with a Füssen hub.
Do I need a visa for Germany?+
Germany is in the Schengen area — many nationalities visit visa-free for short stays. Rules depend on your passport — check official EU sources; we do not give visa advice.
Is Germany expensive?+
Mid-range on the ground runs roughly €95 to €120 per person per day excluding flights — Munich, Frankfurt, and alpine resorts cost more than Leipzig or Dresden.
What is the best month to visit?+
May to September suits Berlin, Munich, and outdoor Alps plans. November to December fits Christmas markets. Black Forest and Rhine are pleasant in shoulder months.
